The NCAA continues to impress when it comes to taking care of its own student athletes.
The latest absurd decision by the organization it to ban Virginia guard Kyle Guy from having a wedding registry.
Kyle Guy, one of the best college basketball players today, is getting married but can’t receive any wedding gifts because the @NCAA won’t allow it. Such a corrupt, laughable “organization” the NCAA is. pic.twitter.com/XjcLM1OBBd

Good job NCAA. That will teach Guy and his finacee a lesson.
UPDATE: Emmert is trying to do some quick damage control:
Virginia’s Kyle Guy said that he and his fiancée couldn’t have a wedding registry because he was told it was against NCAA rules. NCAA president Mark Emmert said that that’s incorrect and not sure who was providing Guy the information. pic.twitter.com/kgoZ86ejnM
