No. 7 Stanford advanced to the Lexington Regional final with a 3-0 sweep of No. 10 Minnesota at Memorial Coliseum on Friday. Stanford earned a second-straight trip to the NCAA Elite Eight.
Ashley Wittman led the match with 17 kills for Minnesota, with Kyle Gilbert collecting 20 digs for the Cardinal in the win.

· Ashley Wittman (Minnesota) led all scorers with 17 kills.
· Kyle Gilbert (Stanford) led Stanford’s defense with a match-high 20 digs.
· Madi Bugg (Stanford), the Pac-12 Setter of the Year, had a match-high 46 assists.
· Inky Ajanaku (Stanford) recorded a team-high 12 kills.
· Katie Schau (Minnesota) had a career-high 30 assists.

Stanford is now 5-0 all time against the Golden Gophers. Minnesota finishes the season 29-7.
Stanford advances to the Lexington Regional Final to take on No. 2 Penn State on Saturday, Dec, 14 at 4 p.m. ET. The match will be televised live on ESPNU.
