Notice that Michigan State is a 3-seed, despite winning 8 in a row including a win over No. 3 Purdue.
Kansas is somehow a 2-seed at the moment even though they are 3-3 in their last 6 games.
North Carolina, with 7 losses, is somehow currently considered a 3-seed. The Tar Heels are also 3-3 in their last 6 games.
Kentucky is currently projected as a 7-seed.
