The NBA has revealed that nine additional players and ten employees have tested positive for coronavirus ahead of the league’s restart in Orlando.
According to SLAM:
The NBA’s latest coronavirus testing update has revealed that nine additional players have tested positive for COVID-19 between June 24 and June 29. The grand total of hoopers who’ve now been diagnosed with the illness is up to 25.
The identities of the nine latest individuals have not been published and the league won’t disclose them. This doesn’t prevent the players or teams from announcing the results, however.
In addition to the nine new players who’ve tested positive, 10 employees have tested positive as well. All those affect are required to self-isolate until they satisfy public health protocols and get cleared by a physician.
