The National Fraternity Alpha Tau Omega has revoked the charter of the University of Kentucky chapter following Saturday’s incident on Cooper Drive.
A pledge, Jacob Heil, was arrested for DUI in a crash that killed a 4-year old child near Kroger Field.

Heil told officers investigating the crash that he was coming from a tailgate.
