Missouri head coach Cuonzo Martin announced earlier this evening that he has tested positive for COVID-19.
The Tigers are scheduled to play Kentucky at Rupp Arena on Wednesday night.
That game is still scheduled to be played but anything is possible if COVID-19 spreads to Missouri players and/or other coaching staff.

Encouraging everyone to stay safe during this holiday season. I’ve tested positive for Covid. Feeling well and thankful for our athletic training staff following protocol and keeping our team healthy. Our program is excited and ready to start conference play.

Under new SEC rules for COVID, a team must play as long as it has seven scholarship players available and one countable coach, though teams are allowed to compete with fewer players available if they choose to.
