Mega Bemax head coach Dejan Milojevic recently gave his thoughts about Kentucky and the opportunity to compete against the Wildcats in the Bahamas.
Milojevic said his team is often considered the “European Kentucky” because of how many players they have sent to the NBA Draft.
The coach also noted that his team has been preparing for this weekend since July 16, which is much earlier than usual.
Here are his thoughts (translated to English below) on facing the Wildcats Saturday night:
Bez sumnje to je jedan od najboljih američkih Univerziteta koji je dao najviše košarkaša za NBA u istoriji. Počastvovani smo njihovim pozivom, naročito jer su nas najavili kao “evropski Kentaki”, jer je Mega poslednjih godina imala veliki broj draftovanih igrača. Sjajna je stvar što smo dobili priliku da igramo sa Kentakijem, jer će to biti prilika da vidimo gde smo u odnosu na najbolje koledže u Americi i zaista jedva čekamo da utakmica počne.
