“Congrats to senior offensive lineman Max Godby on being named to the 2014 Allstate AFCA Good Works team! This prestigious college football award pays tribute to a select group of student-athletes who have worked to positively impact the lives of others. Max is one of just 22 players in the country to receive this award. #changethegame“
Godby was surprised with the award this morning by Coach Stoops, members of the UK Athletics Dept., Allstate, his family, friends and teammates at the Community Inn in Lexington.

Max Godby is a UK Football walk-on and embodies what it means to be a student-athlete on and off the field. In light of so many negative events surrounding athletes recently, I know BBN is proud today to have a student-athlete of his character representing the university and the program.
