Kentucky’s main recruiting target for 2014 Matt Elam is announcing his college decision at noon on Thursday at his high school and the media is invited.
Matt sent out a tweet inviting the media.

Elam is choosing between Kentucky and Alabama.
My question is this, would Matt invite the media to his school for the announcement, knowing it will be mostly Kentucky media there and then pick an out of state school? I would be really surprised if that happens.
Matt visited Kentucky this past Saturday and still has one in-home visit left with UK before he makes his commitment public Thursday. Alabama is also planning to visit Elam one last time. I think Saturday’s visit to Lexington may have sealed the deal with Elam.
My prediction is Mark Stoops wins this battle with Nick Saban, Elam will be a Cat.
