Jumping 231 spots, Elam is now the #10 ranked player in the nation with an overall rating of 99. Matt is the #2 ranked defensive tackle in the nation, and the #1 overall prospect in Kentucky according to 24/7 sports.
Elam now a 5* player has Kentucky among his top five college choices along with Alabama, Louisville, Notre Dame, and Ohio State. If Matt chooses Kentucky, he will be one of the best to ever wear the blue and white.
Elam is set to make his college announcement at the Army-All American game in January.
