Man Says He Was Assaulted in Line for Big Blue Madness Tickets

A longtime Big Blue Madness campout veteran says he was assaulted earlier this week during the rush to find camping spots.

Dallas Hoskins, who has been doing the BBM campout for almost twenty years, claims he was kicked multiple times by someone else in line.

Hoskins was so upset that he filed a police report and left the campout early.

Hoskins says when the crowd of people began the annual run across the Avenue of Champions to claim their camping spot; he was kicked multiple times by someone else in line.

“I was dizzy after I got kicked in the back of the head. That’s when I got dizzy and didn’t really start thinking what was going on.”

Hoskins says he was so upset he left the event.

“I decided to leave because I didn’t feel like I was a part of it anymore.”
