Louisville was in a one possession game late in the second half against Division II Bellarmine University tonight.
The Cardinals finally managed to pull away late and earn a 75-65 win over the pesky Knights.
Louisville has had a few close exhibition games over the years. Don’t remember one where it felt like they were gonna lose for that long.

Bellarmine is a preseason top 5 team in Division II so it’s no surprise they were able to compete with a Division I team.
That being said, the Cardinals clearly still have some things to work out before the season tips off next month.
