Louisville women’s coach Jeff Walz was not happy after today’s loss to Notre Dame in the ACC Tournament.
The Cardinals had 20 turnovers that contributed heavily to the77-68 loss. After the game, Walz proposed fining his players $500 for each turnover.
“Until we get to the point where it really matters…see this is where NIL could really improve our game,” Walz explained. “See, if I could fine like say $500 a turnover, I guarantee we wouldn’t turn that damn thing over one time.”
