Kentucky Football freshman Lloyd Tubman’s rape case was waived to a Fayette County grand jury today.
Here is the report from Kentucky.com:
Lloyd Tubman appeared before Fayette District Judge Megan Lake Thornton with his attorney, Jim Lowry. Tubman was scheduled to have a preliminary hearing but the hearing was waived, so the case will go directly to the grand jury for possible indictment.
Tubman, who turns 20 this month, and Lowry had no comment after the court appearance.
