Leslie County High School unveiled a new statue of former football star Tim Couch this afternoon.
Couch, who went on to star at Kentucky and spend time in the NFL, was in Hyden for the ceremony.
“Tim Couch is a true icon in Kentucky, and a shining example of what hard work, dedication and a whole lot of talent can achieve,” said former Leslie County Head Coach Anthony Little.
