During the Demarcus Cousins trade talks this summer, the Los Angeles Lakers “Supposedly” flirted with the idea of trading first round pick and former UK standout Julius Randle to the Kings. Reports have recently come out that this was not the case at all. Lakers General Manager Mitch Kupchak decided against doing this.
He’s a hulking 6-foot-9 forward with such possibility, a cornerstone of this Lakers future, the prospect that general manager Mitch Kupchak refused to include in those brief trade talks for Sacramento’s DeMarcus Cousins.
