KyKy Tandy, who is considered one of the top high school players in the state, has not heard from John Calipari or Kentucky since his dad’s controversial comments back in April.
At that time, Tandy’s father said this to SEC Country:
“If they come with the offer, they come with the offer,” Torian told SEC Country on Saturday after his son’s game on the Under Armour AAU circuit. “If he does get an offer, he’s not going to Kentucky with three or four point guards there. He’s not no bench player. And that’s what they think he is: He’ll just come in and play four years. No, no.”
According to Tandy, he hasn’t heard from the Kentucky staff since those comments:

Tandy also hasn’t received any recent love from Chris Mack or Louisville.
Here’s what Tandy told Jody Demling:
The schools Tandy said were coming after him the hardest were: Auburn, Iowa State, Tennessee and Cincinnati. He said Louisville had been involved but he hasn’t heard from them much recently.
“They’re really not involved as much with my recruitment right now,” he said.
Tandy is getting ready for his senior season at University Heights Academy.
