Kentucky’s Barion Brown and Oregon’s Bucky Irving were literally the two fastest players in college football during week 1.
Brown and Irving were both clocked at top speeds of 21.8 mph during touchdown runs on Saturday. Brown reached that speed during his 99-yard kickoff return touchdown on Ball State. Irving accomplished the feat on a 54-yard touchdown run up the middle.
