Kentucky suffers heartbreaking loss to Arkansas after controversial foul call

It appeared that Kentucky would finally get over the hump and find a way to win tonight at Rupp Arena after Davion Mintz nailed a clutch three-pointer to give the Wildcats an 80-79 lead with 12.3 seconds to go.

A season of misery continued, however, as Arkansas was awarded a controversial foul on the other end which resulted in two free throws to give the Razorbacks the lead with 4.3 to play.

Kentucky threw an inbounds pass to Olivier Sarr, who turned it over on a bad pass and Arkansas won 81-80.
