Kentucky Still in the Lead for the Harrison Twins

Jeff Borzello of CBS Sports has published a recruiting mailbag and one of the questions is about the Harrison Twins and if their trip to Maryland for Midnight Madness.

@Derrick_Payne – Any thoughts on Maryland hosting the twins for Midnight Madness?

It certainly can’t hurt the Terrapins’ pursuit of the Harrisons, obviously. Does it make Maryland the leader, ahead of Kentucky? Probably not. Andrew and Aaron both attended Kentucky’s Big Blue Madness last year, so a return trip isn’t completely necessary. Kentucky and Maryland have been the two schools at the forefront of the Harrisons’ recruitment, with the Wildcats long thought to the favorite. They both plan on making their decision on Oct. 29 – two-and-a-half weeks after the Midnight Madness trip to College Park. When it comes down to it, I can’t see the twins making their decision solely based on Midnight Madness. I still think Kentucky is the favorite.

I personally think Kentucky will get the dynamic duo and since they were at Kentucky last season for the opening practice it makes sense to go somewhere else this year.

Also, Nerlens Noel watched the NCAA Selection Show with Georgetown Hoyas and he showed up on ESPN with UK shaved in his head.
