The offseason is starting off with bad news for the Kentucky women’s basketball program.
Starter Jada Walker, the team’s second-leading scorer this season, announced today that she is entering the transfer portal. Walker averaged 12.9 points, 3.1 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game this season.
Over the weekend, reserve Kennedy Cambridge announced that she is entering the portal. Cambridge averaged 2.7 points and 2.3 boards per game in 19 games.
