Kentucky receives votes in updated AP Top 25

Kentucky received votes in the updated AP Top 25 for college football on Sunday.

Coming off a stunning 20-17 victory over then No. 6 Ole Miss, the Wildcats (3-2) received 6 points in the new poll. The points would put the Cats in a tie for No. 36 with Navy.

Alabama moved up three spots to No. 1 after their 41-34 win over Georgia, which dropped three spots to No. 5. Texas dropped a spot to No. 2. Ohio State is No. 3 and Tennessee is up one spot to No. 4.
