The Kentucky men’s basketball team is still trapped in Missouri due to an ice storm.
A spokesman confirmed with Kyle Tucker that the team is still in Columbia and there’s no update on Reid Travis’ knee.
Presumably, Travis will have an MRI this evening if/when the team arrives in Lexington.
Here’s the latest:
P.S. Kentucky's basketball team still hasn't left Missouri. Weather. So … we're going to be waiting a while to find out about Reid Travis, looks like.

Mizzou is the worst trip in the SEC, hands down. Either a long, gross drive or a flight to St. Louis and then still a two-hour drive, and it seems there is always horrible weather or the threat of it when Kentucky plays there. Hard pass. https://t.co/R7Fu9DJ41C

Per UK spokesman, there is no update on Reid Travis. Plan is still to have his knee evaluated upon the team's return to Lexington. But as I mentioned a few minutes ago, the team is still stuck in Columbia, Mo., because of weather.

Which is to say: No, he did not have the MRI done there in Missouri. Assume UK wants to use its own facilities/docs and nothing is going to change in that knee between now and this afternoon/evening. https://t.co/8AclwojPt1

UPDATE: The team is finally on a plane:
Columbia, you’re nice and all, but we’re ready to get out of here and get back to Lexington. ✌️ pic.twitter.com/D2HFs5Hh4B
