Kentucky is off to a 4-0 start in 2023 following a 45-28 win over Vanderbilt in Nashville.
The Wildcats exploded out of the gates for a 24-0 lead before allowing the Commodores (2-3, 0-1 SEC) to get cut the lead to 24-13.
From there, Ray Davis punched in his second touchdown of the day to make it 31-13 and the Cats never looked back.
Davis carried the ball 17 times for 78 yards and 2 touchdown against his former team.
Devin Leary still looked a bit rusty, finishing 15-for-29 for 205 yards, 1 touchdown and 2 interceptions.
JuTahn McClain had 6 rushes for 64 yards and a score.
The hero for Kentucky was likely defensive back Maxwell Hairston who came up with two pick sixes. Hairston also contributed 4 solo tackles.
Kentucky returns home next weekend for a huge SEC battle against the Florida Gators.
