With Devin Askew reclassifying, Kentucky now has the No. 1 recruiting class in 2020.
According to Evan Daniels of 247 Sports:

Early Friday morning, Devin Askew made his move from the 2021 class to 2020 official by signing a National Letter of Intent. Askew was slotted as the No. 27 overall recruit and the No. 7 combination guard in the 2020 class.
Askew’s move to 2020 gives the Wildcats five 2020 prospects, joining top five recruit Terrence Clarke, five-star wing BJ Boston and four-star prospects Lance Ware and Cam’Ron Fletcher.

Daniels adds that Kentucky is still trying to land big man Isaiah Jackson, who will announce his college choice tomorrow.
Jackson is down to UK, Alabama and Syracuse.
