Kentucky (18-7, 9-4 SEC) moved up five spots in the AP Top 25 poll this week following wins over Ole Miss and Auburn last week.
Despite the loss, the Tigers are still ranked ahead of the Wildcats at No. 14. Alabama, which visits Kentucky on Saturday, is No. 13.
Tennessee is the highest-ranked SEC team at No. 5.
