Louisiana Lafayette athletic director Scott Farmer announced Tuesday that the Ragin’ Cajuns will play Kentucky in Lexington next season as a money game.
This will be the first meeting between the two schools.
UL-Lafayette’s 2015 football schedule became a little clearer Tuesday, as Athletic Director Scott Farmer announced that the Cajuns would travel to face the University of Kentucky next season.
Farmer announced the news to KPEL-AM, 1420, telling host Jay Walker that the Wildcats would serve as the Cajuns’ “money game” next season. The Cajuns received $925,000 from Ole Miss to play in Oxford, Mississippi, last weekend in this season’s money game.
