Kentucky’s #1 wide receiver target Tavin Richardson tweets out that he will announce his college decision Jan. 30.
Richardson is scheduled to officially visit Kentucky this weekend according to Ben Roberts.

The three star Duncan, South Carolina recruit is the 19th ranked wide receiver according to Rivals.
Richardson (6-3 214) will be deciding between Kentucky, Louisville, UCF and Wake Forest.
