Kentucky finished the regular season in a big way with a 91-83 upset win over No. 15 Missouri on Saturday afternoon.
The Wildcats (21-10, 10-8 SEC) improved their SEC Tournament seeding and likely gave themselves a chance at a higher NCAA Tournament seed with the win .
Otega Oweh had a big second half to lead the Cats with 22 points. Koby Brea was on fire early to add 17 points. Andrew Carr chipped in 16 points and 12 rebounds in one of his best games of the season. Amari Williams chipped in 14 points and 8 boards.
Kentucky was 27-for-56 (48.2%) from the field and 11-for-20 (55.0%) from the three-point line in the win.
The Cats will await their SEC Tournament placement and head to Nashville on a high note. At the time of this post, we know Kentucky will be either the 6-seed or 7-seed next week depending on the outcome of the Florida/Ole Miss game.
