Kentucky didn’t crack the top 25 of ESPN first Football Power Index of 2019.
The Wildcats, fresh off a 10-3 season, are No. 30 in the first rankings for next season.

Ten SEC teams are ranked ahead of Kentucky, including South Carolina and scandal-ridden Missouri.
Penn State, which Kentucky beat in the Citrus Bowl, is No. 12.
