Four star Chicago, Illinois shooting guard Charles Matthews had a big game last night against Simeon with Kentucky head coach John Calipari on hand to watch. Matthews, a 2015 Kentucky commit, led #5 St. Rita to a 51-46 win over #2 Simeon. The game was televised on ESPN2.
Matthews scored a game high 17 points, grabbed 13 rebounds and blocked four shots. Matthews also added 2 steals and 2 assists.
