Kentucky Basketball assistant coach Kenny Payne, who answered questions about the upcoming Tennessee game this evening, confirmed that the Kentucky Basketball team will ride the bus tonight and leave at 9pm for Knoxville.
As you already know, there is a snowstorm heading towards the Bluegrass State tonight and tomorrow and it only makes sense for the Wildcats to get to Knoxville as soon as possible.
Payne was not worried about the early departure affecting game preparation.
Head Coach John Calipari, who is attending tonight’s NBA All Star game, will fly to Knoxville tonight and join the team.
