Kansas has lost big man Udoka Azubuike for the season.
Azubuike suffered a torn ligament in his hand that will require surgery.

Obviously, we hope Azubuike has a full and speedy recovery. From a basketball standpoint, this is an enormous loss for the Jayhawks. He is averaging 13.4 points and 6.8 rebounds this season.
