In his latest Bracketology update, ESPN’s Joe Lunardi has Kentucky firmly as a No. 3 seed (No. 10 overall).
More importantly, Lunardi has moved the Wildcats (15-5, 4-3 SEC) into NCAA Tournament lock status.
Entering today, the No. 1 seeds are Auburn, Alabama, Duke and Iowa State. The No. 2 seeds are Purdue, Marquette, Houston and Florida (which is in a tough one with Tennessee today). The No. 3 seeds are the Volunteers, the Wildcats, Kansas and Michigan State.
