Former Kentucky star Jodie Meeks can’t seem to catch a break with the Orlando Magic.
Meeks, who has been shooting better than 40% from long range since coming back from foot surgery, will now miss 4-6 weeks with a thumb injury.
Here are details from the Orlando Sentinel:
Shooting guard Jodie Meeks likely will miss the next four to six weeks because he dislocated the thumb on his shooting hand, a team official said.
An MRI exam Thursday revealed Meeks has two sprained ligaments in his right thumb. Meeks will not require surgery.
