Now that the dust has settled on a disappointing loss in New York City, let’s point out that Kentucky should have never been in overtime with the Pirates.

That was a clear forearm/elbow to the throat (which happens to be above the shoulders) and the very definition of flagrant foul. Of course, officials reviewed the play and determined it was nothing, then the game ended up in overtime.
