George Rogers Clark polished off an incredible one-loss season with a 43-42 win over Warren Central in the KHSAA state championship game tonight.
The Cardinals finished the season with a 37-1 record and no losses against teams from Kentucky.
Warren Central, Lincoln County and Pikeville all gave GRC trouble but the Cardinals found ways to win and cut down the nets.
