Former UK baseball slugger Ryan Nicholson has been promoted to the Double-A Rocket City Trash Pandas.
The Trash Pandas are members of the Southern League and serve as the Double-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels.
Nicholson was hitting .292 with 4 home runs and 25 runs batted in for the Single-A Inland Empire 66ers.
