The Portland Trail Blazers are planning to waive former Kentucky forward Kevin Knox.
Knox played in 21 games for Portland last season, averaging 8.5 points and 3.3 rebounds per game. Prior to that, he played 46 games for the Detroit Pistons where he averaged 5.6 points and 2.6 boards per game.
Previously, Knox played for the Hawks and Knicks.
