A fan was escorted out of Rupp Arena during last night’s game for holding a sign that said “Please go to Texas” in reference to John Calipari leaving Kentucky to take the Texas job.
Dylan Ballard of A Sea of Blue spoke to that fan via text after the incident to get his perspective on what happened.
Here is what he had to say:
I spoke with the person who held up the sign and here is his side of the story.
Not a great look to come take it after he puts the sign up.
Things are getting ugly in Lexington…
(He also held up the other sign pictured, earlier this season)
