Joker Phillips lands RB, Ashley Lowery, after a weekend visit to UK. This marks Joker’s 17th recruit for the 2011 season. This time last year, UK had only three recruits. This says a lot for the direction Joker is taking our football program. I know some fans are still skeptical about Operation Win, but there’s no arguing that Joker is getting it done when it comes to recruiting.
Coach Calipari drops a Lexy and leaves fans with the Kentucky Basketball’s Championship Standards. He also gives us some insight to what the first three practices look like. It seems that Coach Cal is “surprised” at the level of talent of this years team. That’s definitely pretty exciting for fans.
