Cordia 2013 point guard Emmanuel Owootoah had 15 points, 10 assists, 7 rebounds and 6 steals as Cordia pounded Jackson City 81-30.
Kentucky’s Orlando Antigua was at Cordia to watch Owootoah, who did a good job of showing his quickness, hustle, court vision and shot for Antigua to evaluate him.
Although Jackson City wasn’t a high level opponent, Owootoah did show he had a lot of motor, diving on the floor after loose balls and playing hard on defense the entire game.
Cordia and Owootoah will have a great opportunity tonight to showcase how good they are as they play at 14th region favorite Perry Central. Seton Hall and Alabama are reportedly to be in attendance.
