North Carolina has possibly slipped from preseason No. 1 to the NIT following tonight’s 68-59 loss to Virginia in the ACC Tournament.
The Tar Heels have a somewhat respectable 20-13 record on the season, but they only have one Quad 1 win.
Most analysts seem to agree that the Tar Heels are headed to the NIT.
