Dick Vitale, as he often does, once again asked publicly for Kentucky and Indiana to resume their basketball series.
During last night’s Indiana game, Vitale said the two schools need to get the rivalry going again on a neutral court.
“I promise I will not say that Kentucky should play Indiana. I promise I won’t say that. I promise you. They should play,” Vitale said. “Absolutely. And I think it’s going to happen. It won’t happen coming here because John Calipari is not coming back here.
The two schools have not met in a regular season game since 2011 when Indiana knocked off Kentucky at the buzzer in Assembly Hall.
How long will it be before Dick Vitale brings up Indiana and Kentucky playing each other?
