DeMarcus Cousins just suffered what appeared to be a serious left leg injury.

Oh, no. This DeMarcus Cousins injury does not look good at all. No contact, and immediately grabbed at his heel. Really hope that is not an Achilles.

UPDATE: It has been confirmed that this is an Achilles tendon injury.
