Guaynabo defeated Arecibo 92-86 earlier this week to sweep their playoff series 4-0 and advance to the semifinals.
Jaysean Paige, who played high school basketball at Perry Central High School in Hazard, led the way with 23 points. Former Kentucky big man DeMarcus Cousins added 20 points and 8 rebounds.
Guaynabo will meet the winner of Quebradillas and Carolina in the semifinals. Quebradilla is led by former Kentucky point guard Brandon Knight and ex-Marshall star Hassan Whiteside.
