Could This Be the Week Andrew Wiggins Picks a School?

andrew wiggins decision 1

The Andrew Wiggins watch continues and while he was enjoying prom this past weekend the fanbases of Kentucky, Florida State, North Carolina and Kansas sit and wait to see where he will be dancing come March 2014.

I am sure every recruiting analyst, fan and college coach can make a case for their school, but in the end it is Wiggins decision and he can wait as long as wants.

May 15th is the last day the Huntington Prep star can sign a Letter of Intent, but he doesn’t have to do that as he can sign scholarship papers at any time before the 2013-14 school year.

Rumors have been rampant and it is not surprising considering how long this recruitment has lasted, with the most recent rumor being tweeted by a guy named @JohnnyCrabcakes saying the Canadian born star would play at North Carolina.

Of course, Huntington prep coach Rob Fulford has quickly shot down any rumors through the media and his twitter account and it sounds like no one has any true information about this recruitment.

Kentucky fans seem confident while others could care less where Wiggins goes with most of the reasoning being the Wildcats are loaded with or without him.

Although that may be true, Wiggins is a #1 draft pick and will definitely increase the chances of winning a national championship at Kentucky, North Carolina or Kansas. Florida State is the only school that will probably be vaulted into the top 20 with little or no shot at a title.

Wherever Andrew decides to play he is a one year player and will ultimately be the #1 pick so there is only one question his decision will answer.

Does he want to play for a title(Uk, UNC, KU) or make his family happy while shooting 30 times a game(FSU)?
