Isaiah Briscoe, the top point guard in the 2015 class, will announce his decision on ESPNU this Thursday and either Kentucky, St. John’s, or UCONN will be getting a very good player.
Adam Zagoria is hearing a lot of chatter that it will be either Kentucky or St. John’s.
Twitter sure seems pretty strongly divided on Briscoe to Kentucky or St. John's. I've had people swear to me it's both schools.

Zagoria also made a prediction.
In the end I think Isaiah Briscoe picks St. John's but it won't shock me if chooses Kentucky.
