Mark Stoops announced this morning that four-star defensive tackle Cory Johnson signed his letter of intent with Kentucky. Johnson (ASA Junior College) is a 6-3 295 lb. defensive lineman that will give Kentucky immediate help on the defensive side of the football.
Stoops also announced the signing of corner back A.J. Stamps. Yahtzee! Top JUCO Safety A.J. Stamps Picks Kentucky Stoops said Stamps was a big physical corner.
Both players will be on campus for spring practice and winter conditioning.
Kentucky now has 24 commitments for 2014, with 7 commits enrolling in January. Stoops said he plans to sign 28 in this class.
