Kentucky struggled on the offensive end and fell 63-53 to UCLA earlier tonight at Madison Square Garden in the CBS Sports Classic.
The Wildcats shot just 32.8% from the field and 38.5% (5-for-13) from the free throw line in the loss.
Four Kentucky starters combined to go 10-for-42 from the field, with Cason Wallace and Antonio Reeves going just 4-for-26. Wallace and Reeves were 3-for-15 from long range.
The Wildcats (7-3) had 18 turnovers and only 14 assists.
Chris Livington came off the bench to score a team-high 14 points. Sahvir Wheeler had 11 points and 6 assists, but also 6 turnovers. Oscar Tshiebwe finished with 8 points and 16 rebounds.
Kentucky will have one more game against Florida A&M on Wednesday, December 21.
